Nishchintha has a dedicated, hardworking team of professionals, led by Mr.Venkat,Founder & CEO, who is responsible for giving the direction for Nish's business.
Mr.Venkat brings with him rich experience in IT and Research.
During this tenure of close to 18 years, he has worked for many MNC companies, at various positions, on different domains like Networking, Telecom, Testing, Storage etc and contributed to the Research and Development in the area of Genetic Algorithms
His favorite Operating System is Unix/Linux and some of its Flavors.
His passion for IT Training has seen him train close to 1000 Engineers across organizations, apart from guiding students in their diploma, undergraduate and graduation projects. Some of the areas he has been teaching/training on, are Unix/Linux , Networking , Data Structures, Testing , Software Engineering Principles, Programming in C, C++ and Scripting, Project Management , Review Process, ISO process, IP Creation …etc, to name a few.
He has presented several technical papers on different areas at various conferences.
He has been conferred with Senior Member Grade from IEEE USA, which is the highest grade to which application can be made. Only around 7% of IEEE members worldwide have achieved this fete. He has won many State/National Awards at various Technical Quiz and Paper Presentations. He has delivered many Guest Lectures at Various IT companies and Academic Institutions, which have been greatly appreciated and well accepted. He has reviewed few technical books too. His research interests include areas like Linux/RT-Linux, Genetic Algorithms, Artificial Neural Networks, DRM, VOIP, SAN, and Data Mining.
Under his able guidance, Nish has been carving its own niche and the team has successfully delivered many training programmes across domains.
Renganathan
Highly accomplished and result oriented training & development professional with extensive knowledge of project management, quality management and test management activities
Experienced in planning, organizing and delivering wide range of training activities
Has 18 years of rich experience in Automotive, Consumer electronics, Manufacturing, IT and R&D fields in various capacities
Mr. Renganathan is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained
He has delivered training for several thousand professionals on Project Management, Quality Management, Software Engineering, Testing and Six Sigma (DMAIC / DMADOV). He has also delivered transformation programs to students in several educational institutions on employ-ability skills, leadership and motivation.
Bindu M
She comes with a total experience of around 12 years in Administrative, Support and HR services. She has worked across different fields like Pharmaceuticals, Construction Industry, IT etc. Has excellent exposure to Office Administration and Customer Support practices.
At Nish, being HR & Admin executive, she is instrumental in tracking the HR requirements, interact with technical team for matching and mapping the training and placement services required by various clients, arranging client meetings , etc.
